Hello I am Naincy Rajput, and I have been teaching yoga since 3 years. I am pursuing MA in Yoga from Himalaya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital. I have Completed my Foundation Course in Yoga Science For Wellness, Yogasana (For Health Promotion), Pranayama and Meditation from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. At first, I started doing yoga for myself, but, after taking few classes my interest grew more and more, and I felt relaxed and calm. I started building a high level of patience in me and have throughout that learnt more about my own path and introduce it to others.
Introducing yoga to your Kids will help in increasing will power, courage, confidence, observation and concentration, ability to solve problems, multitasking, and most importantly it builds a pleasant personality of children.
